Payment Arrangements
Payment Arrangments are not allowed online. Call 210-659-0333 (option 2) at least one day before disconnection date.
Late Payments Online
All payments received after 4:30 pm on the extended due date will be assessed an additional reconnection fee of $50.00
If a late payment is made online after disconnection, you will need to pay the past due amount and the $50.00 reconnection fee. Once paid, contact Water Billing at 210-659-0333 (option 2) to schedule a reinstatement of your water service.
Effective September 1, 2025, a 4% convenience fee will be assessed on all utility payments made via a debit or credit card. This fee is charged to offset processing costs associated with electronic payments. To avoid the convenience fee, customers may consider alternative payment methods such as cash, checks, money orders, or automatic bank drafts.
